The Trail Blaze Awards honor outstanding women leaders shaping Minnesota's community, culture, and economy. Presented annually at the Women in Business & Leadership Summit, these awards recognize achievements across three categories — Community Impact, Cultural Excellence, and Business Leadership. Nominations are open to chamber members and the broader community to celebrate the women whose vision, service, and leadership inspire the next generation.

Community Impact Award

for a woman whose service or advocacy has strengthened the Indian-American community

Cultural Excellence Award

For a woman who has advanced Indian arts, heritage, or cultural expression

Business Leadership Award

For a woman whose achievements in entrepreneurship or professional leadership have made exceptional impact

This form is for nominating women leaders for the 2026 ICOC Minnesota Trail Blaze: Women in Business & Leadership Summit. Nominations can be submitted by anyone, and a separate form is needed for each nominee and category, with nominee consent required. All information will be kept confidential for judging purposes.
