Legal & Compliance Intern

The India Chamber of Commerce Minnesota (ICOCMN) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade association serving Minnesota's Asian-Indian and India-connected business community. The Legal & Compliance Intern supports the Chamber's governance and compliance work: organizing agreements and records, reviewing documents against our bylaws and policies, and helping ensure activities align with 501(c)(6) nonprofit requirements. A strong fit for a pre-law or law student, or a compliance-minded student, with attention to detail and discretion around confidential information. Reports to the Associate Director, Legal & Compliance.
