Jacob Frey serves as the 48th Mayor of Minneapolis and was sworn in for his third term in January 2026 — making him one of the longest-serving mayors in the city's modern history. In April 2026, he was named to TIME's 100 Most Influential People of 2026, recognition that placed Minneapolis and its leadership on the national stage.
Minneapolis is where many of our members do business, own property, hire employees, and serve customers. Decisions made at City Hall — on public safety, permitting, housing, downtown development, and small business support — shape the environment our businesses operate in every day. This conversation is a chance to hear directly from the person making those decisions.
