No. Membership is reserved for businesses and senior professionals engaged in commerce. Nonprofits, government entities, and institutions not engaged in commerce are not eligible for membership. However, they may collaborate with the Chamber through sponsorships, partnerships, or events.

Applicants and members must maintain a reputation for integrity and professionalism, comply with laws and regulations, and conduct themselves in a way that supports the Chamber’s mission and values. Misconduct, unethical behavior, or actions deemed disruptive or harmful to the Chamber may result in denial, suspension, or revocation of membership.

All membership applications are reviewed by the Chamber’s Board of Directors (or its designee). Approval is at the sole discretion of the Chamber.

Yes. Membership is a privilege, not a right. The Chamber reserves the absolute right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion and is under no obligation to provide reasons for denial.

Yes. If your application is denied after payment has been submitted, the Chamber will refund your dues.

Members in good standing are current on all dues, meet eligibility requirements, and uphold the Chamber’s mission, values, and professional standards. Loss of good standing can result in suspension or revocation of membership.

No. Membership is specific to the approved business entity or individual professional and cannot be transferred or assigned.

Yes. The Chamber’s Board of Directors may amend the Membership Policy at any time. Members will be notified of material changes.
